| Larissa de Saude Larissa’s first experience in teaching was in Russia, where she graduated with a qualification as a pre-school teacher .(“child development and pedagogy”), and she later worked with children aged 1-7 years old. Larissa studied at Montessori Centre International and gained an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy in London. Larissa went to work for a number of years in one of the best Montessori Schools in London, before she became a founder of Perfect Start Montessori School. Larissa is passionate about her work and treasures each child in her care. She deeply believes in the Montessori philosophy of “following a child” and that each child has individually huge potential, and should be given that chance from a very early stage in their life. Each child is a “citizen of the world” and deserves absolute respect and love. Larissa manages the school and is part of the team. She is hands-on and at the school every day. She is dedicated to the happiness and safety of children, working closely with the parents. | Masooda Nasir Masooda Nasir has Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care, Level 2 Diploma in Teaching Assistant and CACHE Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioner. She has a great experience working with children and vulnerable adults. She is currently studying to achieve qualification Cache level 3 in Childcare. She is very passionate, making sure that children are safe, happy and stimulated. She finds being around children to be uplifting and energising, especially when invited to view the world through their lens and explore their curiosity with them. Asma is in the process of achieving level 3 Diploma in Childcare. She is an experienced practitioner and loves working with young children. She is in the process of achieving CACHE level 2 in Childcare. She has many years of experience working as a nanny, supporting children’s care and development. She is passionate about working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
